Refunds Policy

We hope you enjoy your drinks but we get not everything works. If you need return your product, please click here.

Mellows offers Checkout+ to AU customers to provide free return shipping. Customers that take advantage of our Checkout+ option will receive a prepaid label through our portal for any returns request. Customers who opt out are responsible for the costs of return shipping. Labels should be purchased through our customer portal.

Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Items

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you're entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty or not as described:

  • Your order arrived damaged
  • You received the wrong product
  • Your item is faulty

Please submit a request here within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.


Refunds

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • If approved, a refund will be issued back to your original payment method
  • Return shipping costs (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund
  • You’ll be notified once your return has been received and inspected

Where’s My Refund?

If your refund hasn’t landed yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card provider — it may take a few business days to process
  3. Contact your bank for processing times

Exchanges & Replacements

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement for the same item, please email us first at hello@mellows.com.au, then send the items to:
